      When my husband took a new job, we needed to sell our house quickly. We were nervous that we lose money on the sale due to our need to relocate in less than a month. Alex Wood was not only professional, but very aggressive in getting us OVER our asking price with no closing costs! Alex was amazing at marketing our property; within 3 days we had 3 bids on our home. In the end, she helped us finalize all the details within the timing needed to close on our new home in Texas; we sold in 2 weeks and closed in under a month. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex Wood for those new to buying or selling their home.       I was surprised how much she took out of her personal time (time I didn't expect a response by reasonable home life) to help me answer a question or do work that was part of our business process. I never (I mean never) waited on Alex to get anything done. We were always waiting on others and she even helped to expedite some of their work with phone calls and professional encouragement to get back to us sooner than the minimum required time.

      When I first contacted Debra F A Wood to help me locate a new home, I was initially looking in the wrong market segment. I realized it after a few days of searches, and she was able to quickly adapt and find me the right home. This was only possible because she was very attentive to my needs. She was also very observant of the quality of the houses we visited, and very knowledgeable about the geographical areas and features of the neighborhoods. She was incredibly diligent in providing all the information I needed at all phases of the process, or in negotiating with the seller's agent. Finally, she was available almost instantaneously, very quick at returning calls and messages. I would not have been able to find what I wanted if it was not for her experience, knowledge, observation skills, and very hard work. She is definitely one of the best agents I have ever dealt with.
